Overview
Summary
Responsible for delivery of Network and Infrastructure solutions that maximize networking, security, hybrid cloud, data center technologies and collaboration strategies through implementation of service defined enterprise solutions. Works with Practice Leaders to ensure delivery competencies of new service offerings. Responsible for financial performance of Professional Services (PS) Infrastructure team. Provides leadership for all PS managers and engineers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Contributes to building go-to-market strategy and gross profit target attainment for Logicalis PS - Infrastructure Services.
* Owns overall delivery associated with Logicalis PS infrastructure services including, Network, DC solutions and collaboration strategies.
* Updates and communicates road maps to sales and delivery teams on regular basis including:
- Target customers
- Specific industries and verticals
- Competitive service analysis with industry leaders
- Market size and opportunity
- Value proposition
- Investments
- Capacity planning
* Collaborates with sales teams in account planning and sales execution to drive infrastructure business.
* Collaborates with operations teams including RMO, PMO and IT Operations to ensure processes and systems are enabling optimal delivery performance.
* Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
* Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
* Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises Professional Services Managers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements
* 10 years in related area with IT background with experience in:
- Architecting and delivering Infrastructure solutions (Networking, Security, Collaboration, Storage and Virtualization) with technical related experience around primary vendors - Cisco, VMware, NetApp and Microsoft.
- Profit & Loss responsibility spanning cross functional organizations with emphasis on capacity management and cost control.
* Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience .
Certifications
* OEM Certifications.
