Must be US Citizen JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Creating and/or modifying media content utilizing a variety of web and graphics development tools. * Populate media content into deliverables: Incorporating external media such as audio, video, 2d/3d artwork, setting variables/parameters. * Developing conceptual and technical graphics of varying degrees of complexity. * Photo retouching/manipulation. * Participating in content design and planning throughout the development process. * Style and theme development (GUI, branding, etc.). REQUIRED SKILLS: * Web content development using HTML5, Javascript, XML, JSON, and CSS * Familiar with development for mobile deployment (tablets, smart phones, etc.) * Ability to produce interactive animations using Canvas. * Ability to adhere to instructions and pre-established guidelines. * Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment * Must be organized and work well both independently and in a fast paced team environment. * Intermediate software skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel Desired Skills (not required): * Knowledge of SCORM, Learning Management Systems * Knowledge of learning development tools including Articulate Storyline 3 and Captivate * Knowledge of Adobe Indesign, After Effects, and/or Premiere
