The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking an Inventory Finished Good Lead to work at our sauces, and pickles processing facility in Holland, MI. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
•Must be licensed forklift operator or have ability to obtain license.
•Requires ability to push 75 pounds and lift 50 pounds occasionally without assistance.
•Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
•Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish.
•Requires written and verbal communication skills.
•Must be able to multitask, evaluate options and make good decisions.

•The Holland plant is one of the oldest plants in the company and has been operating since 1897. Although, locally known as the "pickle factory", currently pickles only make up 5% of the total production. In 2016 the factory installed grey poupon mills to allow the production of its iconic mustard.

Job Overview:
•Manages holds, including segregating held product and moving reworked product back to finished goods area; completing paperwork, tracking inventory, and managing dispositions.
•Maintains and reports asset disposal (ADR), including donation setup and destruction management
•Controls finished good and WIP inventory, including cycle counts, inventory adjustments, traceability/reconciliation, and physical inventory
•Directs dunnage and pallet management, including ordering for disposal, recycling, and pickup.
•Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Quality Risk Management Program (QRMP) as assigned.
•Perform all responsibilities safely and in compliance with GMPs.
