Assists with coordinating the daily operations and goals of the Dining Room, Banquets and Brunch. Assists with the supervision, training and scheduling of the Wait and Host Staff. Monitors schedules and activities of all employees to assure that they are productive and cost efficient. Coordinates the cleaning of the various food service areas. Enforces controls, policies and procedures of the department and corporation. Assists management in developing reports for analysis and for short-term or long-range goals with the Food & Beverage Dept. Assists with the inventories and purchases necessary supplies and products to operate effectively and to offer quality products and services. Maintains good customer relations with our guests. Assists with completion and administering training reviews and evaluations.
