Copper Country Mental Health, a community mental health agency covering four counties, is recruiting to fill a new position with our Acute Services team. Duties will include after hours on-call responsibilities and has the potential to offer flexibility and variety through additional work options including office-only days and daytime on-call.
A majority of Acute Services work involves the assessment and disposition of mental health emergencies as well as hospital discharge planning. Other responsibilities might include crisis counseling over the phone, providing follow up care as appropriate, and offering consultation to colleagues, community agencies, and individuals.
This position is a FT position with benefits; but candidates who prefer a part-time schedule are invited to come in to discuss this option. The ability to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate effectively with multiple systems is essential.
