The Purchasing Student Program allows individuals to gain experience and exposure across the many different facets of a strategic enterprise. Within the program, students will support sourcing, cost reduction, strategy development and financial analysis activities, in one of FCA’s purchasing functional areas. The position itself is located at our FCA US Headquarters and provides students an opportunity to work year round in a part-time role. Our typical program requires students to work 24 hours a week (three 8-hour days). In addition to this, students that demonstrate outstanding qualities will be considered for full-time positions in our various new hire programs following graduation.

Basic Qualifications:
•Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related
field or pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET Engineering accredited program
•Graduation date of 2021 or later
•Ability to work 24 hours per week, year round, in Auburn Hills, MI
Preferred Qualifications:
•GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
•Strong interest in automotive industry
•Strong written and oral communication sills
•Effective interpersonal skills
•Previous Intern experience
