Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions and recommend actions by analyzing accounting options. Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other reports. Conduct audits. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Ensure financial reconciliations. Follow internal controls to maintain financial security. Prepare payments and disbursements. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends. Comply with all federal, state and local financial requirements. Work with MS Office and QuickBooks. Bachelor's degree plus 1 year experience is required. Work site: Bloomfield Hills, MI.
