Position: Wraparound Coordinator
Reports To: Prevention Supervisor
Beginning Pay Range: $36,660.00-$40,000.00

About this Opportunity:
Wraparound is a individualized, holistic, youth-guided and family driven service aimed at supporting families involved in multiple child/family systems, including Child Protective Services. The Wraparound Coordinator engages families, youth and system partners in a team-driven approach that empowers the family as primary decision makers for involved services. The Coordinator will aid the family in identifying and utilizing services to prevent removal or support reunification, then work to ensure all involved are coordinated in strength based goals.
Would you like to help us accomplish our mission as a Wraparound Services Coordinator?
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least 2 years of experience in a human services field. Having experience working with children eligible for Severely Emotionally Disabled (SED) services is preferred. You must be familiar with resources and services available in the county. It is required to have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions as to when and where the worker may drive and a current copy (at time of hire) of their driving record.
