The Maserati North America Incentives & Product Marketing position will be responsible for: Incentive programs, in addition to achieving brand nameplate(s) sales, market share and sales contribution. The position will also work with brand managers to monitor current competitive incentive actions, share performance, define brand strategy and direct product requirements to align with corporate strategy/vision.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
•Manage the entire monthly incentive plan (US and Canada) working with senior management, finance, sales, brand managers to ensure the programs are on budget and maximize returns and profits
•Prepare and deliver all proper incentive rules and communication to dealers
Work with brand managers to:
•Analyze and evaluate monthly performance of Maserati vehicles, competitive brands, incentive strategies, daily segment analysis and net price position
•Develop showroom strategies for vehicle pricing, residual targets, incentives, margin and net price positioning for the nameplate(s) and competitors
•Monitor stock and sales to ensure cross country leveling (US and Canada)
•Work with Maserati Capital on a weekly basis to analyze performance of current programs, look for opportunities and manage the launch of all programs
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field
•Minimum of 5 years of sales field operations and/or incentive planning experience necessary
•JD Power PIN experience (Explorer, Incentives)
Preferred Qualifications:
•Product planning/brand management experience
•MBA
