JOB DESCRIPTION
The Quality Administrator will work with the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers to complete daily, weekly and monthly reports/projects to facilitate movement of material through production and into shipping. This will include data collection and reporting of production rejections and compiling reports to identify trends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work in a fast-paced environment assisting with Quality Alerts, Deviations, and other paperwork as deemed necessary
•Set up and perform multiple quality tests.
•Measure samples and accurately compile statistical data
•Construct charts and graphs using Microsoft Excel
•Perform process capability analyses
•Review/Prepare reports on testing results
•Define problems and report all issues with material to Quality Team for analysis and
•disposition
•On the job training is received in specialized areas
•Working with customers on concerns and review of data as requested.
•Other duties such as calibration, work instructions, corrective actions, etc. as deemed necessary.

•Ability to read blueprints and schematics at a basic level.
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

•Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
•Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
•Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
