Customer Service Representative II - 16502
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role supports Light Industry water filtration (Aftermarket) product sales and services (Field Services) for our team located throughout the US. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for processing orders and quotes for high purity water system expendables and associated services for the Industrial, Biopharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Food & Beverage and Health Sciences markets and troubleshooting any order issues.
Primary Market Responsibilities for existing customers include:
* Industrial, BioPharm, and Pharmaceutical Markets (25%)
* Semiconductor Market (25%)
* Food & Beverage Market (15%)
* Health, Science and Laboratory Markets (25%)
In this position, you will:
* Proactively handle recurring Aftermarket orders within established customer base - Order processing/entry
* Provide price, and availability with established guidelines
* Track order activity
* Handle incoming phone calls, RFQs and generation of proposals for existing customers with established pricing
* Set up new part numbers, credits, rebilling, complete RMAs, order entry, order tracking and expediting
* Research and source product availability and cost and obtain freight estimates
* Collaborate with branch operations and sales
* Reflect a sense of urgency in the task
