This position entails varied responsibilities including order processing and delivery follow-up activities.
Candidates for the position should possess the following skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in both verbal and written communications (Spanish and English).
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent customer care and supplier relationship skills.
- Problem solving, time management, attention to detail and accuracy a must.
- Proficient with standard office software packages.
- General knowledge of purchasing practices and standard purchasing systems and/or MRO purchasing background a plus.
No relocation is available for this position. This is a full-time position, but we are willing to consider candidates seeking part-time employment working a minimum of 20 hours each week. Please list your preference for full-time or part-time employment when responding.
