FCA is looking for a process and detail driven analyst. Responsibilities include analyzing, comparing data and processing all compensation transactions including new hire offers, promotions, internal moves, and compensation reviews. The successful candidate must have the ability to make appropriate recommendations to HR and Operational leadership based on a comprehensive understanding of the roles, structure and functions supported. This position will work closely with the Compensation Center of Excellence to ensure consistent and standardized compensation practices are utilized, and understanding FCA’s Compensation Philosophy. Ability to meet customer timing expectations is a must. This position will also review and approve requisitions, work closely with Talent Acquisition to track status of open positions, and communicate frequently with HRBPs and Talent Managers.
Basic Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
•Minimum of five year’s professional experience
•Highly proficient in analytics tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
•Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualification:
•Proficient in PeopleSoft and Business Analytics Tools such as Cognos
•Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes
•Prior HR Partner experience
•Compensation administration experience
