DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tenneco's Corporate Division islooking for an InformationTechnology Procurement Analyst that will be responsiblefor providing support through processing requests timely and accurately. Thisposition focuses on procurement of IT hardware, software and services. The IT Procurement Analyst will work with all departments within the ITorganization. The Analyst will be expected to maintain confidentialityrelated to vendor information and relationships. Thisperson will become a valued member of our Information Technology Department,where we strive to promote from within wherever possible; therefore,opportunities for advancement are strong.
An ideal candidate for thisposition is a candidate who possesses a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, SupplyChain, Business Administration or a related field andat least 1 year of Procurement experience. Strong attention to detail,significant capability, drive, and initiative to create and manage own workagenda are all necessary qualifications for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Issue purchase orders for all IT services and renewals (includes creating the PO, routing for approval, and emailing to vendor once approved).
•Evaluate renewals to determine if there was a price increase. Contact vendor to reduce any increases.
•New vendor setup (includes gathering information from vendor, completing necessary forms, obtaining approval to add vendor to the system).
•Maintain IT Vendor SharePoint site, updating records as needed and uploading contracts to the database.
•Resolve payment issues between AP and vendor.
•Periodic review of Dell Global ordering website to ensure accuracy.
•Maintain PC Request SharePoint site with the ability to complete updates to the site and resolve issues.
•Maintain system used to track IT Work Requests (includes adding users, setting permissions, and overall troubleshooting).
•Interact with all IT teams.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
•1 year procurement experience preferred
•Have an assertive and organized personality
•Be able to work independently with little direction
•Have a keen eye for detail
•Excellent communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
