The Role: Your mission includes:
- providing exemplary customer service to walk-in customers.
- inspiring job seekers to achieve a better livelihood.
- coaching workers to expand their skills and abilities to get a better job.
- identifying resources to help job seekers and employers in the UP.
- being the ‘go to’ person in the community for workforce development.
Job Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to teach others to use technology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Please show us in your resume and cover letter.)
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Relevant work experience, preferred
Wage: Base wage is $16.00.
