Location: Lansing, MI
Description: Full Cycle recruiting, souring, engaging with managers on strategy for recruitment etc.
Top Required Skills/Experience :
- Quantified years of experience tied to specific skills/experience, hard skills only (no soft skills like “team player” or “good communicator”)
- Must have extensive experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates as well as excellent follow up and communication with managers.
- Talent engagement tactics to source candidates and build future pipeline
- Extensive use of recruitment technology, specifically LinkedIn recruit
