We are seeking a full-time project manager to work out of our Flint or Mount Pleasant, Michigan office. As a project manager your responsibilities will include providing overall management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, assuming responsibility for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. Project management experience required. You must possess good communication, organization, time management, computer, problem-solving and leadership skills. Your experience should include knowledge of construction contracts, schedules, job costs, and manpower, while possessing innovative and proactive strategies for performance of job duties. Electrical installation experience a plus.
