Supply Chain Data Analyst requires a self-motivated, energetic, results driven individual who is passionate about the automotive parts industry. The candidate must have solid analytical skills to comfortably extract and analyze supply chain management data in order to prepare and track specific KPI metrics to assist the global supply chain team in support of achieving its operational goals. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and running day-to-day automated business and data file processing using Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), VBA programming, Cognos, Business Objects, SAP, QlikView, Qlik Sense, and relevant data query programs. This individual must ensure the accurate and timely delivery of supply chain KPI reporting and periodical analyses by conducting highly complex quantitative modeling of the business.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Ability to research in depth business process and requirements with the objective of reaching resolutions and deliverables that meet or exceed department goals
•Efficiently communicate with overseas office business partner’s daily
•Administer effective usage and maintenance of SharePoint for the department
•Problem analysis — creates specific measurable action plans, monitors progress to stay on track, exhibits sound judgment for the managers to make a decision by suggesting alternatives, appropriately weights risks and benefits, including the communication with ICT support team
•Implement changes to existing processes where efficiencies can be gained
Basic Qualifications:
•High School diploma with minimum 5 years of supply chain data analytics experience
•Minimum 5 years of experience working in an analytic function in the auto industry
•Experience in business intelligence tools along with solid documentation skillset
•Basic understanding of supply chain KPI
•Advanced computer literacy is a must; expert in SAP, Business Objects, Visual Basic or JAVA programming skills, Microsoft Office programs, with actual work experience
•Understands IT concepts, procedures and processes needed to perform in one area of expertise; effectively integrates with other functional areas of the company and builds expertise based on the needs of the business
•Able to multitask and deliver the result under the time pressure, willing to contribute to team objectives
•Technical skills: MS-Office Suite, Google Suites, PowerPivot, PowerPoint, Access, MS Visual Basic, Excel, SAP Business Objects, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Cognos, SQL, SAP, SharePoint

•Understanding of Mopar’s supply chain process
