As part of ICT (Information Communication Technology), the Enterprise Content Management Center of Excellence (ECM CoE) is seeking a Business Process Manager (BPM) to manage business requests, demands, and provide ECM capabilities to business departments assigned. BPM will help validate, analyze, prioritize and deliver the ECM projects ensuring ECM CoE and business alignment. The BPM will act as a liaison between ECM CoE and ICT Teams that manage and provide IT applications to business departments.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Provide assistance with solution requests and approved projects within the portfolio, ensuring that projects align with the technology that best suits and provides maximum return on investment
•Provide assistance for developing and understanding business cases that effectively illustrate the value of the need — from perspectives of cost/benefits, alignment to the enterprise and business goals
•Establish and maintaining relationships, directing projects towards desired technology, evaluating project objectives, and analyzing new business initiatives
•Review and clarify project requirements
•Prioritize portfolio workload based on business needs and value
•Manage an application portfolio supporting specific IT process areas, which includes managing projects and verifying that supplier deliverables meet requirements with appropriate quality
•Communicate with stakeholders for project delivery
•Act as Business Relationship Manager for both incident process and problem management
•Coordinate with infrastructure counterparts for projects/tasks that impact the SharePoint infrastructure
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum 5 years of IT experience supporting applications
•Strong people skills
•Project Management experience
•Strong written and oral business and technical communication skills
•Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
•Be able to work independently with minimal direction and well as a team
•Advanced problem solving skills
•Exhibits creative thinking while defining sound and practical solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
•Master’s degree
•5+ years’ experience in managing complex projects
•Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and various IT departmental team members
•Ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
•Experience in managing complex ECM solutions, implementing and managing solution development utilizing SharePoint team sites, web content management, and custom solutions
•Experience with one or more of the following solutions: K2, Bamboo Solutions, Pega.
•High level project management experience in successfully delivering complex cross-functional solutions using SDLC and/or Agile
•Experienced in Waterfall and/or Agile software development methodology
•Business analysis experience
