Job Title: Senior VP, Head of Mortgage Pricing Strategy and Trading
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
* Manages mortgage pipeline position and executes agency securitization trades including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Fixed and Adjustable rate MBS, TBA and specified pools for hedging and securitization.
* Supervision of Jumbo and CRA whole loan trading, maintenance of Best Execution of pipeline hedging strategies and Bulk Loan Package pricing and trading and the foundation of the bank's execution of its correspondent, wholesale and retail pricing strategies.
* Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics (Master's Degree in same fields is preferred)
* Minimum of 10 years of post-baccalaureate experience in managing a Hedging and Trading desk, trading of mortgages and maintenance of mortgage position training is required.
