Responsibilities Summary of Position include but are not limited to:
* Fill in at multiple legal accounts for employees who are out on scheduled and unscheduled absences or on a leave of absence.
* Perform a variety of duties in copy, print, scanning, mail, shipping/receiving, fax, reception, hospitality messenger service, supply management or records departments.
* Perform pick up and deliveries within the State of Michigan as required by our customers.
* Complete court filings at all Federal, County and local government agencies as required by our customers
* Lift heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed.
* Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
* Adhere to business procedure guidelines and safety procedures
* Take direction from customers and on-site managers in maintaining service level agreements.
* Maintain all logs and reporting documentation with an attention to detail.
* Perform other duties as assigned by manager or customers.
