Job Responsibilities:
•Performs highly responsible and professional secretarial and administrative services for the Technology Leadership Team in our Tax Professional business
•Support day to day administrative tasks for the two executives to enhance the efficiency of the business
•Schedule calendar appointments (Outlook), meetings and travel itineraries
•Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare expense reports and assist with meeting agendas
•Plan and Coordinate team events, enterprise meetings and other special events
•May need to assist with the planning and coordination of local Ann Arbor events and meetings
Basic Qualifications :
•5+ years experience supporting at the Executive leadership level in a large corporate environment
•5+ years advanced level experience in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
•Experience organizing global & domestic in-person and virtual meetings and team events with strong project coordination skills
•Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•Experience supporting global organizations
