The Real Estate Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing real estate assets and/or negotiating real estate transactions with 3rd parties. Transactions assignments may include but are not limited to: telecommunications and facility leasing, property sales, easement grants, releases or partial releases of easements and land leasing. This individual will serve as the primary interface between the external customer and internal stakeholders and is responsible for negotiating real estate transaction terms and conditions that give consideration to current and future operational and business needs. This individual will work closely with third parties including individuals, business entities and governmental agencies.

•Research, analyze and interpret property rights
•Prioritize requests and workload
•Negotiates terms and conditions of real estate contracts
•Resolve highly complex property rights issues
•Recognize, understand and evaluate business risk as part of the decision making process. Manages multiple projects or requests, monitor workload / status / progress
•Routinely communicates with internal stakeholders and external customers on status or progress
•Internal and External client alignment assessment of needs
•Identification and implementation of processes / procedures to enhance client / customer experience

Requirements:
•A Bachelor's degree in applicable field. Less than a Bachelor's degree may be acceptable if accompanied by extensive Company or industry experience in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance.
•Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License - Required to perform certain real estate transactions. Required to perform certain real estate transactions. Not essential pre-qualification, but should be obtained within 1 yr.

At the lowest level in this job family, the work performed may tend to be of a routine and less complex nature where the work responsibilities can be proficiently performed after a relatively short training period. At this level the employee is more likely to be able to move to different functional areas of the Company.
At the highest levels in this job family the work performed will tend to be of a complex nature involving knowledge of various functional/specialized disciplines where the work responsibilities can only be proficiently performed after a relatively long training / experience-related time period. The work environment often includes dealing with risk and limiting exposure.

General technical analysis supports the planning, technical analysis, general management, negotiations, transactions, customer services and auditing of a wide variety of technical and business functions and technical processes of specific operating and support areas throughout the company.
