The duties for this position include but are not limited to setting up conference rooms with beverages; restocking condiment supplies, coordinating the delivery and set up of catered food services, cleaning up and resetting conference rooms to the ready state, setting up tables and chairs; setting up fine dining dishes, washing and drying fine china by hand, maintaining the cleanliness of the hospitality kitchen, lunch room, and convenience kitchen, taking a monthly inventory of kitchen supplies, provide reception relief for receptionist for breaks and lunch break, pick-up and delivery of documents within walking distance of office, and providing back up support of office service functions.
