DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors
The Payroll/AR/AP (Financial Analyst) is responsible for the administration of daily accounting operations; with a strong focus on payroll and additional assistance with accounts payable and accounts receivable along with any other ad-hoc assignments.
Your Responsibilities
Payroll related duties:
* Assist and back-up payroll analyst in maintaining payroll information as required;
* Support the preparation of related payroll records and reports;
* Contribute to the review payroll related taxes for Federal, State and Local taxes;
* Process expense reports in conjunction with payroll;
* Point of contact for managers for time and attendance for payroll;
* Oversee timesheet maintenance;
* Prepare and maintain accurate records.
AP/AR related duties:
* Assist with proper approval of sub-consultant invoices;
* Reconcile credit card receipts and approve for payment;
* Timely processing of cash receipts;
* Review and approve employee expense reports;
* Perform ad-hoc request from Finance director.
