Job Details

Supervises all staff within the assigned   clinical team and ensures the development, planning, implementation, and   monitoring of quality services and supports for: adults with intellectual/developmental   disabilities and/or serious mental illnesses; and/or children with serious   emotional disturbances and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities and   their support systems. Staff must   possess excellent computer skills; outstanding interpersonal relationship   building and employee coaching skills; and above average written and spoken   communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers and   community stakeholders. Additionally,   the employee must exercise independent decision-making and work effectively   in a team-based environment. The   employee will complete other tasks as needed in various programs as assigned   by supervisor.
