The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Sr. Technical Analyst functions as a support role for those within the Planning, Budget & Analysis Department. They will be tasked with performing complex analytical and administrative tasks independently. This position will be filled at the level supported by the candidates experience and competencies.
The key responsibilities of this role will be to:
•Develop and maintain complex databases to support long term financial planning, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to support existing functions within the department.
•Maintain and improve applications using Visual Studio, MS Excel and Access databases, and performance dashboards on various platforms
•Facilitate small working groups to standardize tools used in planning and forecasting
•Assist in designing and developing consolidated reports to improve and streamline current processes
•Develop and maintain complex spreadsheet models that include excel macros and VB codes
•Provide primary support for SharePoint and SharePoint Business Intelligence applications.
•Participate or lead special projects related to performance reporting and financial analysis
•Lead and assess the technology roadmap to implement in partnership with the standards director and client organizations
Requirements:
•Bachelors in applicable field. Less than a Bachelor's degree may be acceptable if accompanied by extensive Company or Industry experience in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance.
•3+ years of applied systems development experience.

•The candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and characteristics: strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively vertically within the organization and horizontally across the internal departments and external stakeholders; basic or advanced computer skills with proficiency in, as a minimum, Microsoft Office products; willingness and ability to accept and adapt to change such as frequently changing priorities, a variety of job assignments, and a willingness to relocate for development or job advancement; willingness and ability to work as a team member with all work groups; willingness and ability to work nights and weekends as needed; willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
