Vector is seeking a Business Manager – Software Tools. Vector works closely with many vehicle OEMs and system suppliers to support the development of additional functionality in new vehicle programs. This new position will strengthen Vector’s growing business for our PND solutions. Job functions for this role include guiding customers to solutions and ensuring successful prove out, deployment, and ongoing support of these solutions. Successful candidates must be comfortable working directly with customers, providing hands-on support of Vector solutions in the customer’s environment, and leading Vector activities to ensure customer satisfaction. • Manage section & respective resources to fulfill customer requirements (application, technical, business…)
• Achieve global product line market and business goals

• Promote Vector Products / Solutions
• Establish Key Relationships
• Develop Plan and Drive Business Growth
• Manage and lead business development activities for Software driven opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through coaching, tech support, and coordination.
• Manage and lead technical activities for Software driven business.
• Work with customers to comprehend requirements and implement solutions.
• Work with Vector product management as the voice of the customer.
• Work with customers to evaluate, prove out, deploy, support, and troubleshoot Vector solutions.
