Positions available at the BAVARIAN INN LODGE. Responsible for the preparation of food for steam table and cold food areas and making specialty items for banquets, private parties, buffets, brunch, etc. Prepares and sets up food for the employee break under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisors and Kitchen Manager. Responsible for the sanitation of food areas and the freshness of all food products.
