Xeratec, based in Hancock, Michigan, seeks a self-starting, well-connected individual to grow our software development sales division by building and maintaining strong relationships. Applicants can work from anywhere, however, will need the ability to visit our headquarters as needed.
SUPPORT & COMPENSATION.
Our clients desire to be served by like-minded peers. Candidates for this position have an established network of contacts, proven experience generating leads, building long-lasting relationships and sales growth. While this person will work independently, they are supported by our CEO and President to assure revenue targets, goals and client expectations are met. The position also offers:
- A starting base salary of $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus 20% commission. Depending on your motivation, earning potential for this position is unlimited.

- can expertly complete end-to-end sales cycles – from cold calling to scheduling and facilitating meetings and demonstrations to closing the sale;

- possess a creative approach to penetrating new accounts;
- provide quality leadership in nurturing and maintaining relationships;
- are able to travel (20% - 30%) throughout the United States.
