Information Technology Co-Op
Assist in the planning, execution and evaluation of technology related internal controls critical to Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance, and internal and external audit engagements.
Job Description:
•Participate in planning meetings with the IT Governance Team and Subject Matter Experts to understand the approach, timing, and resource needs to complete annual technology related internal controls
•Execute assigned control activities and tasks; focus will be on Oracle ERP annual access confirmation, segregation of duties analyses, access provisioning, and access disablement/termination
•Assist in the development and distribution of communication materials to internal control resources
•Track the status of required control activities and responses and prepare follow-up communications as necessary
•Prepare and present progress updates and reports that reflect the status of control completion
•Identify issues and risk and communicate to the Director of IT Governance on a timely basis
•Assist in the development of related process flows and Visio documents
•Other analysis and research as required to address control opportunities or concerns
Requirements:
•Must be pursuing technology or accounting related degree.
•Willing to work and multi task in IT governance and applications environment.
•Ability to work 24-36 hours/week.
•Must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program at a college/university
•Graduation date of May 2019 or later.
•Minimum GPA 3.0 or above.
•Strong excel skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
