PCG Education™ is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to provide guidance, monitoring, and support for the technical implementation for new clients for our Midwest clients. This position will focus on our EdPlan™ initiatives which provide a platform for State Departments and school districts to manage the process for special populations including special education, gifted, 504, and English language learners. The Implementation Specialist should be a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and lead clients through the implementation, training process, and provider user support.
The focus of the role is to implement and manage technology applications to improve performance and efficiency, and to optimize the clients' capabilities around student success planning. The candidate must be able to work with complex data sets, in addition to being results oriented, a creative problem solver, and able to work independently while also integrating well within a team environment. The Business Operations Analyst works in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a professional, client focused team consisting of consulting and operations staff. The teams' goal is to provide superior service to public K-12 school districts in the area of School-Based Academic Case Management. This position revolves around technology and data integration.
Responsibilities
* Gather, define, and drive business requirements development
* Manage and maintain system documentation related to system requirements, change requests, etc.
* Collaborate with system developers, clients, and user focus groups to ensure strong communication and feedback loops to inform continual system improvement
* Identifies and creates systems that lead to efficiencies and improvements in state and district level education data collection, integration and reporting;
* Responsible for the management of data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, etc. for all products and related services supported by the regional team
* Develops, streamlines, and actively participates in user assurance testing procedures in areas of assigned focus and responsibility
* Contributes to the firm's knowledge of the competitive environment, market opportunities, and industry trends and plays and active role in creating new markets and opportunities in the immediate region
* Support aspects of the business cycle, including system demonstrations, proposals and implementations
Qualifications
* Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets for import and export
* Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills; including the ability to listen, question and communicate effectively

* Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word and other databases
Required Experience:
* Prior work experience (2 or more years) gathering, defining, and articulating business requirements
* Bachelor's Degree required (business, education or technical degrees are preferred)
* Working knowledge and relationships in K-12 public education schools districts is a plus
* Overtime and travel are occasionally required depending upon client and team needs
