Job Summary: Great Explorations Youth Development Leaders are needed part time for the GE Program in Baraga County. Starting at $15.00/hr.
Youth Development Leaders engage students in a variety of hands-on afterschool enrichment and academic activities in the Great Explorations (GE) program. Duties include:
Establish and enforce expectations for groups of multi-grade students.
- Plan, prepare and conduct engaging and challenging activities.
- Tutor, assist, and mentor children individually and/or in small groups.
- Act as a liaison between families and school day teachers.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
