POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for analyzing invoices and purchase orders in order to determine payment schedules. Ensuring payment approval procedures are followed. Processing payments of all bills and invoices in a timely manner according to the schedules established by Controller.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Review, sort, prepare and enter a high volume of invoices.
- Accurately code/verify, and process corporate credit cards and expense reports.
- Work with Project Management to identify and administer job costs.
- Ensure subcontract compliance requirements are met. Includes: insurance certificates, W-9, etc.
- Manage check runs, record all checks and prepare checks for mailing.
- Receive and respond to vendor inquires.
- Maintain updated vendor files, necessary tax forms and information.
- Update ancillary spreadsheets and prepare accurate up-to-date reports as necessary.
- Attendance at work during regularly scheduled shifts. Overtime will be mandatory at month end and year end.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
- Associates degree or higher, preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or job shop
Computer Skills
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office
- ERP accounting based system knowledge strongly preferred (e.g. SAP, AS 400 etc.)
Other Requirements
Working knowledge of job costing and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.
