Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Human Services field or equivalent.
Experience in counseling or social work.
Knowledge and ability to provide trauma informed services.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field.
Experience working with children/teens.
Knowledge related to the criminal justice system.
Knowledge of community resources and program issues.
Experience in developing personal growth and information workshops.
Familiarity with Caring House programs.
Experience in public relations.
