HyCAL Corp. is a fully owned subsidiary of Ferragon Corporation. HyCAL is the newest and largest division featuring North America’s only 100% hydrogen continuous annealing line offering incomparable quality for AHSS/UHSS material destined for automotive and other products-in-motion applications.
HyCAL has an immediate need for a Batch Anneal Operator. The operators responsibilities are, but not limited to the following duties: following all safety, environmental, quality, and production policies and procedures; running remote control cranes; receiving and shipping coils; identify coils and load anneal bases; perform quality inspections; read micrometers and tape measures; record production and fills out paperwork; maintain a clean work area (including emptying trash, emptying scrap containers, sweeping, mopping, shoveling and picking up); operating forklift; cleaning equipment between loads; trouble shooting equipment; helping with equipment repairs; and other duties as assigned.
