Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Analyst to join our team. The qualified candidate will assist in analyzing quality problems to improve processes and assist in identifying corrective and preventive actions to improve the quality of products. Responsibilities will include development of new Quality related systems and processes, employee training on internal quality systems, and auditing against those systems. The individual will also support the development, review and maintenance of company processes/procedures. This position is also responsible for conducting internal and supplier audits.
The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering. The position requires zero to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. For recent college graduates, one to two years of summer intern or co-op experience in a Manufacturing or Quality Engineering environment is desirable. Thorough understanding of AS9100 and AS9102 is required. Experience with APQP/PPAP processes is desirable.
