Responsibilities include: implementing life enrichment programs in accordance with the planned monthly calendar, assisting with the assessment of each resident's needs and interests, maintaining records of resident participation in group and one-on-one programs. Ensure safety and infection control procedures are followed.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma with the ability to relate to older adults as well as the ability to communicate well with families, volunteers, and the public.
