Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Principal Duties and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
•Read and interpret work orders to ensure prepped material is correct
•Lift and load material into CNC machine
•Operate pre-programmed numeric controlled CNC machine
•Recognize and report obvious quality or machine difficulties
•Perform other assembly functions as needed
•Performs housekeeping and preventative maintenance responsibilities as needed.
•Responsible for following documented procedures as well as producing and ensuring product meets or exceeds established product specifications.
Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Ability to read and understand work instructions and work orders in English
•Ability to work in team environment to ensure production goals are met
•Basic computer skills
•Previous CNC experience
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent communications skills
•Ability to lift 50 pounds
•Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and twist
•Willingness and ability to cross-train into all assembly positions
•Excellent attendance
•Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
•Must be able to maintain a high rate of efficiency
