Procurement Specialist
The Procurement Specialist role will be a key member of the Sourcing Governance team which is responsible for supporting the sourcing delivering team across spend categories enterprise-wide (primarily indirect spend categories - Technology & Operations, Professional Services, Human Resources, Commercial Technology Services, Facilities, etc.). This role will partner with internal Sourcing team members, Business/Technology stakeholders, Corporate Finance/Accounting teams, and Suppliers on an ongoing basis.

Job Responsibilities
Works closely with Sourcing Governance, Delivery Managers and Category Managers to support strategic sourcing activities.
Applies best-in-class analytical capabilities to support strategic goals by providing data and insights to supplier engagement activity; including spend and contract insights.
Responsible for providing supplier diversity and customer involvement with RFX activities and providing aggregate metrics and reporting data on a regular basis.
Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams/stakeholders to capture business/technical requirements needed to support sourcing activities and updates process documentation accordingly.
Completes supply market research and presents learnings from research/analysis.
Conducts accurate financial analysis of spend and savings projects. Leads the collection, analysis, and total cost ownership analytical activities.
Facilitates Expiring Outreach with Business Stakeholders to feed the project activity pipeline.
Develops strong working relationships with team members and business partners to achieve desired outcomes for issues and objectives.
Works diligently on improving source-to-pay processes, enhancing solution delivery to internal stakeholders and mitigating third party-related risks.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
2 years of experience with analytical tools, such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
2 years of experience with Sourcing concepts, processes, and methodologies
2 years of experience with analytical and critical thinking skills
2 years of experience with proven verbal and written communication skills
Financial Center
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.
