LOCATION: Alger County
POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Carpenter
POSITION STATUS: On-Call
CLASSIFICATION: $13.52 per hour (Non-Union, A.4, Entry)
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is under the supervision of the Office Manager and will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as removing snow, light housekeeping, cleaning gutters, lawn maintenance, assisting in the repair and maintenance of the building such as painting, staining, and making minor repairs as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
