The Residential Program Manager manages all clinical and administrative aspects within assigned group home(s). Participates as a member of a resident client's treatment team to develop and implement specific care plans. Manages Rehabilitation Assistants/direct care workers within the facility. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, standards, policies, procedures, and practices.
Core Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Leadership skills
Previous supervisory experience
Previous experience working with computers, i.e. Microsoft Office
Willingness to be on-call
Willingness to provide patient care
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to learn new skills
Ability and willingness to set priorities
Ability to work as part on an interdisciplinary team and serve as a team member
Ability to lift, maneuver and carry up to 30lbs.
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Acceptable under the State of Michigan Good Moral Character Statute
Knowledgeable of HIPAA Privacy Rules
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of related experience preferred
