Job Functions:
Comprehensive testing of developed objects in development and QA environments, including regression testing before any changes are released to the Production environment to minimize bugs.
Ensure for assigned work, milestones and related sign-offs are achieved on a timely basis and in accordance with current project plan
Candidate will be interfacing frequently with business and functional leads to collect business requirements and converting them into technical solutions. He/she will promote a standardized set of Consolidation and/or budgeting/ forecasting business processes and reports.
Candidate should have deep understanding of leading practices within the month end close and consolidation process as well as proven experience applying and maintaining internal controls.
Interpret business requirements into system solutions to satisfy the business needs and improve the user experience.
Liaise with other team members to communicate change impact, and co-ordinate and optimize cross-module requirements
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a Business Analyst role with experience working in financial systems
- Finance related exposure - required
- 2-5 years of accounting/financial reporting experienc
- Strong aptitude to technology
- Must have excellent communication skills
