Position Description:
This position involves managing the Problem Resolution activity for GDLS programs. In this position, it will require obtaining problem reports from Teamcenter, setting agendas, convening and leading meetings, assigning problem reports, updating Teamcenter and maintaining burndown metrics for problem reports open and closed.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Preferred.
The employee should have experience with Problem reporting systems and priority will be given to those who have had Teamcenter experience. Additionally, understanding engineering drawings to be able to match the problem report with the specifics of the drawing is required.
10-12 years working with Teamcenter in an Engineering environmen
2-3 years working with General Dynamics Teamcenter Environment
At least 10 years working with a Problem Resolution or Change Management Environment
2-3 years developing / providing training to others in working with Teamcente
Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering Discipline
