Job Summary
Focuses on financial reporting and analytics, supporting regional operations, communications, trend analysis, real estate, and field marketing support. Partners with leadership team to provide reporting and trend analysis for key performance metrics, contests, initiatives. Manages new sites and remodel request process for local third party locations. Acts as a liaison for competitive intelligence and information.
Must be able to travel to stores as needed to monitor store progressAssists with field escalations and communications.Assist in outlining and executing get well plans discovered through audits or other reporting.Ensure Indirect Partner locations are being opened and closed based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high schoolTwo years project management or related process management experienceOne year of leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
CAPM or similar Project Management certification
