We have a Scrum Master opportunity, who will work with and lead a staff of developers. The Scrum Master will oversee this team’s functionality in the agile software development methodology, ensuring that they meet the required milestones. The Scrum Master will facilitate the daily standup meetings, remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments, and coach the team and organization to use Agile/Scrum practices.

Key Aspect of Scrum Master:
- Project Details: You will be working on large initiatives for both the business and the industry as a whole. The Scrum Master will be coaching the team and the organization
- Tech Stacks: JIRA Software, SAFe/Agile/Kanban
- Team: 12 people on average (full team geographically dispersed)
- Environment: Scrum/Agile
- Additional Aspects: Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects in previous role(s) as a Scrum Master.
Requirements of Scrum Master:
- Experience working in an agile and/or SAFe environment
- Experience working with JIRA software
- Experience coaching/developing other scrum masters/coordinators
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, organized, and strong leadership skills
Pluses of Scum Master:
- Scrum Master Certification
- Previous experience in the Financial and/or Automotive industry
- Experience working with the SAFe framework
- Experience working within a scrum team spread out across multiple locations
