POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all duties required to assign loss draft documents within the loss draft module to open claims. Performs all duties required to capture insurance document information utilizing OCR for AnyDoc software and be able to identify key words on an insurance document.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform Document Indexing within the loss draft module
- Correctly name the loss draft documents
- Learning to use OCR for AnyDoc and identifying key words on an insurance document
- Perform all aspects of document verification including tab.
- Pay attention to details
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
- Maintains knowledge by reviewing training material
- Maintain records of work completed
- Performs varies data entry functions as needed, and additional duties as requested by Supervisor

- Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse 7-8 hours per day.
