The duty of the Client Solutions Specialist is to support the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team in the sale of Digital Voice and other technical solutions into existing accounts. The CRM team is responsible for the retention of, and for providing new solutions to, our largest clients - the Corporate Advantage (CA) and Business Advantage (BA) base. The Client Solutions Specialist will engage, educate, propose, and close SD-WAN, Digital Voice (VoIP) and other technical solutions within BullsEye’s CA and BA client base. He/She will also work with internal departments to ensure that we provide the strongest value to our clients for new solutions and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works independently or with CRMs to cultivate and close SD-WAN, Digital Voice and other Technical Solutions within the CA/BA base.
Leads or participates with CRMs on client calls, face-to-face meetings and webinars throughout the sales, implementation, or post-implementation processes related to SD-WAN, Digital Voice or other technical solutions.
Assists in preparing and tracking proposals, contract requests, analyses, and pricing requests to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Calls existing clients to open new opportunities, provide updates on projects, schedule meetings, provide pricing, and other client focused activities related to SD-WAN, Digital Voice and other technical solutions.
Responsible for validating and updating SalesForce records and other methods of charting progress for SD-WAN and Digital Voice campaigns.
Assists CRMs in serving as support liaison between technical teams, account management and other departments to aid in delivery of SD-WAN, Digital Voice and other technical solutions.
Provides ongoing best strategies to internal departments regarding successes or challenges of the sale of, implementation of, or support for SD-WAN, Digital Voice and other technical solutions.
Performs additional duties and tasks as deemed appropriate by Sales Leadership.
Overnight travel required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Associates degree from a two-year college or university; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Working knowledge of a document management system (preferably Outlook) to manage a busy and ever-changing calendar is essential. Experience with Salesforce.com is helpful but not required. High degree of time management and organizational skills needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and flexibility for quick turn arounds, and multi tasking. A high degree of reliability, thoroughness and attention to detail. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of effective administrative practices and procedures.
