WAGE: DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED. PREFER 24 CREDIT HOURS POST-SECONDARY COURSEWORK IN BUSINESS, HUMAN RESOURCES, OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELD. MINIMUM 1 YEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN ADDITION TO 1 YEAR OFFICE/CLERICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE WITHIN LAST 3 YEARS REQUIRED. KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS OFFICE OPERATIONS, FILING AND ADMINISTRATIVE CLERICAL OPERATIONS AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SOFTWARE REQUIRED. POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE IS A MUST. INTERVIEWS GRANTED BASED ON COMPLETION OF AN OFFICE PROFESSIONALS TEST WITH A MINIMUM PASSING SCORE OF 70%.
DUTIES:
PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATION.
MAINTAIN AND MANAGE ALL ACTIVE AND INACTIVE EMPLOYEE FILES.
UPHOLD AND SUPPORT ALL POLICIES AND PROGRAMS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
COORDINATE EMPLOYEE SERVICE RECOGNITION AND PERFECT ATTENDANCE PROGRAMS.
ASSIST WITH THE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING OF EMPLOYEE EVENTS/PARTIES.
ASSIST WITH COORDINATING AND SCHEDULING INTERVIEWS.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS LISTED ON JOB DESCRIPTION AND AS ASSIGNED BY THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR AND/OR TRAINING MANAGER.
EMPLOYMENT SELECTION WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HANNAHVILLE INDIAN COMMUNITY’S TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ORDINANCE (TERO) TITLE IV – CHAPTER 3.
