Job Responsibilities – including but not limited to:
- Communicate with customer by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services, to take orders and cancel accounts, to take payments and answer billing questions, or obtain details of complaints.
- Telephone and in person sales to new and existing customers to discuss new service opportunities.
- Meeting weekly sales goals.
- Assist customers with routine business by troubleshooting basic cable tv, internet, and phone issues while providing superior customer service.
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts in customized software.

- Must be highly motivated in sales and able to maintain production requirements.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with sudden priority shifts.
- Ability to work within deadlines and produce accurate, neat work.

- Must be responsible, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team setting.
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills; especially for telephone usage.
- Basic networking and computer troubleshooting skills.
- Analytical ability using general business mathematical skills, percentages & fractions.
- Computer literate with experience in Outlook Express, Microsoft Excel and Word.
Time Requirements:
Part-time position within the hours of 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M., Monday- Friday. Candidate must be dependable, flexible.
